Brian O’Dea, Operating Partner, brings 20+ years experience in the technical and professional staffing industry. Brian firmly believes that both the hiring company and the prospective employee are of equal importance in the hiring process, where every hire is provided with individual attention and the significance of each placement is never solely based on duration, cost or skill level.
Brian started in the staffing industry as an Account Representative / Recruiter for a national technical staffing firm. Acting in the dual roles of sales and recruiting greatly enhanced his understanding of the staffing industry, though he readily acknowledges he continues to learn industry nuances every day. Through much hard work and the success that followed, Brian rose to the role of Branch Manager within 3 years. After several successful years overseeing the branch, Brian left to assist with the development of a local technical staffing and consulting firm where he operated the successful staffing division for over 10 years. Brian was also was responsible for the majority of client development.
Brian has experience in placing individuals in a wide range of industries, and he has developed significant client appreciation based on a simple but proven philosophy – listening to a client’s needs and providing them with a solution to remedy their issues.
