1st and/or 2nd Shift
Responsibilities:
- Provides day to day direction and leadership to the department.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Assists workers in solving work problems.
- Helps maintain time and production records.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering plus 1 year experience in a supervisory role or a High School diploma or GED will be accepted with 5 years experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching and analytical skills.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
