Responsibilities:
Receive, prioritize, identify, research, document and actively resolve end user hardware and software technical help requests.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years IT experience, with strong server knowledge.
- LAN/WAN, Windows 7/XP, Server 2003, Exchange 2010 and third party products.
- MCP, A+ or Network + certification preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in general networking and wireless support.
- Availability to be “on-call” after hours.
- Excellent, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to lift and install computers; stand, stoop, bend and reach.
