Individual is responsible for the facilities’ equipment as well as the facility maintenance.

Specific Duties:
- Maintain and ensures that all equipment performs as required including preventative maintenance and major rebuild.
- Provides day-to-day direction and leadership to the department.  Plans and delegates work to assure production areas and manufacturing equipment is available and operating.
- Work closely with process engineering to achieve cost-out objectives.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of machining, mechanical molding, heat-treating, electronic controls and pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
- “Hands-on” person with shop floor experience.
