Duties & Responsibilities
- Source, identify and qualify potential clients through on-line research, phone discussions and networking
- Develop client base through meetings and follow-up
- Identify staffing opportunities whether contract or direct hire positions
- Work with recruiting team to fill said positions
- Interface with clients in arranging interview details and follow-up
- Assist in hiring process including coordination of background checks, drug screening, and new hire paperwork
- Maintain contractor interface to ensure satisfaction for all parties
- Client development by establishing credibility through delivering solutions to their problems
- Generate new business leads and develop existing client base through client visits and e-mail / phone activity
Experience & Skills
- Well organized, detail oriented with ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Internet knowledge
- Knowledge of recruiting resources, tools and tactics preferred
- Positive attitude with the mindset to do “what it takes to get the job done”
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales or recruiting
Education
- BS Degree in related discipline
